Pre-authorisation or payment will be taken at the time of order. Solstice is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by failed payment authorisations.

All prices are displayed in £GBP, inclusive of VAT as shown at checkout. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and delivery information at the time of purchase.

A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order before dispatch due to stock availability, quality control, or pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Ownership of goods remains with Solstice until full payment is received.

If we are unable to supply your order, we will contact you via email to offer alternatives or a refund.

We strive to ensure prices are accurate. In the case of obvious errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund you.

Promotions may include time limits, order thresholds, or exclusions (e.g. personalised items, gift cards, collaborations), and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

We may update pricing and promotions at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

All items are subject to availability. Images are for illustration only.

Due to the handmade nature of our products and natural materials, slight variations in colour, texture, and size are to be expected. These are not considered defects but a feature of craftsmanship.

If items are classified as "samples/seconds/discounts", they will be clearly marked.

These terms apply only if Solstice offers personalisation services.

Personalised items (engraving, hand-painting, bespoke designs) cannot be cancelled or returned once confirmed, unless legally required.

We reserve the right to refuse personalisation requests containing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.

Lead time for personalised products is approximately 14-21 business days. Orders including both personalised and non-personalised items may be shipped separately or follow the longest production time.

Personalisation guidelines:

• Not permitted: Inappropriate or unlawful content • Content infringing third-party rights • Hate speech, harassment, discriminatory expressions • Commercial logos or branding without authorisation

Orders cannot be amended (address, items, or quantity) once placed. If urgent, please contact us at support@solsticetableware.com. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee success.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods.

Personalised, used, or non-resalable items are excluded from cancellation rights.

Standard order processing time: 3-5 business days. Delays may occur during peak periods.

Estimated delivery times and charges are shown at checkout. Additional fees may apply for remote or international locations.

UK free delivery threshold: orders over £70 (after discounts) qualify for standard free shipping.

Please check your order on receipt. If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, contact support@solsticetableware.com within 48 hours with photos.

Risk of goods passes to you once delivered or placed at a safe designated location.

Carriers: Royal Mail/Evri.

Faulty or damaged items may need to be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.

Our products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, improper cleaning, dishwasher/oven/microwave use, harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

By tagging us or mentioning @solsticetablewareuk, and granting permission, you give Solstice a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, repost, display, and edit your content for brand promotion. Ownership remains with you.

You must ensure you hold the necessary rights and that your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

We make every effort to ensure information (prices, specifications, stock, care instructions) is accurate at the time of publication. Errors will be corrected, and affected orders may be cancelled/refunded.

Due to handmade and natural material variations, as well as display differences, products may vary slightly from images shown.

All designs, text, logos, and images on this website are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

No content may be reproduced, adapted, or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any rights which cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unforeseeable losses, business losses, loss of profit, or damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, war, transport disruptions, government actions, pandemics).

You must be 18 years old or over to place an order on this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to their courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
