  • How long does it take to process my order?
    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

    Your card will be charged at the time of order placement.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship throughout mainland UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to certain remote postcodes and offshore islands. For a complete list of excluded postcodes, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
  • How long does delivery take?
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Not at this time. We currently only ship within the UK mainland.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our designated carrier's website.
  • What if my order is delayed?
    While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • What is your return policy?
    We offer a 14-day return policy for items in new and unused condition with original packaging and labels attached.
  • How do I initiate a return?
    1. Email us at support@solsticetableware.com with your order number
    2. We will provide a return authorization number and instructions
    3. Return items using a verifiable delivery method
  • Are there any items that cannot be returned?
    Yes, personalized items (engraving, hand-painting, bespoke designs) cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
    Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of:
    • The external/internal packaging condition
    • The damaged/incorrect item
    We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
  • How long does it take to process refunds?
    Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.
  • Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?
    Please refer to the care instructions included with each product. Generally, our ceramics are dishwasher safe but microwave compatibility varies by collection.
  • Why might there be variations in my products?
    As our products are handmade using natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and size are normal and considered part of their unique character.
  • What is your sustainability commitment?
    We are proud members of 1% for the Planet, donating 1% of annual revenue to environmental causes. We also use sustainable materials, plastic-free packaging, and partner with ethical manufacturers.
