Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

• Standard Shipping: £6.99 (3-5 working days)
• Free Shipping: On all orders over £70

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands
• Standard Shipping: £6.99 (3-5 working days)
• Free Shipping: On all orders over £70

Delivery Areas

We currently ship throughout mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and most Scottish Highlands & Islands locations. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to certain remote postcodes and offshore islands.

Areas We Cannot Ship To

• BFPO addresses
• Channel Islands (JE, GY postcodes)
• Isle of Man (IM postcodes)
• Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
• Selected Scottish Highland & Islands postcodes
• Scilly Isles (TR21-TR25 postcodes)
• Shetland Islands (ZE postcodes)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our designated carrier's website.

Delivery Instructions

• Most orders require a signature upon delivery
• Packages are typically delivered between 8am-6pm
• If you're not available, a card will be left with collection instructions
• Delivery is attempted once by Royal Mail and twice by courier on consecutive working days

Returns Policy

14-Day Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in new and unused condition with original packaging and all labels attached.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@solsticetableware.com with your order number
2. We will provide a return authorization number and instructions
3. Return items using a trackable delivery method

Return Conditions

• Items must be in original condition with all packaging
• Personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is faulty

Refunds

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days of receipt
• Amount refunded will include item cost and original standard shipping fee
• Refund will be issued to original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 7 days of receipt
• Provide photos of:
- External/internal packaging condition
- Damaged/incorrect items
• We will investigate and resolve promptly

Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of dispatch:
1. Contact the carrier first to check for local collection options
2. If still missing, contact us within 60 days of dispatch
3. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier
